She was predeceased by: her parents, John McKedy and Tatianna Shuzflat McKedy; her husband Lewis Wayne Forgy; and her siblings, John McKedy, George McKedy, Edward McKedy and Ann McKedy.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Dennis (John) of Oneida, IL; her grandchildren, Nicholas Wayne Dennis and Emily Kay Dennis (Matthew Barker); and her brother Andrew McKedy (Dorothy). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
