He is survived by: his wife Sharon Clarkson (Jacobs); his children, Starla Lewis (Jim), Mike Clarkson (Lori), Marty Grammer and Debbie Hensley (Bryan); his stepchildren, Dean Sheppard (Lauren), John Sheppard, Daren Sheppard (Brenda), Jason Sheppard and Jared Sheppard; his grandchildren, Tony Lewis, Chris Clarkson, Brandon Clarkson, Matthew Hensley (Ariel), Nathan Hensley (Lily), Lydia Hensley, Ashley Mitchell (Bob), Caleb Sheppard, Cari McCombs (Nick), Levi Sheppard, Cole Sheppard (Hannah) and Hannah Sheppard; his great grandchild Dana Lewis (Justine); his great great grandchildren, Ross Lewis and Preston Lewis; his sister-in-law Gladys Clarkson; and his nephews, Bobby Clarkson and Wayne Clarkson. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
