He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wade and Lucy Wade; his son Lewis Duane Wade; his sister Judith; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Crawford and Kim Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his brother Charles Wade of Los Gatos, California.; his children, Lynn Wade (Sheryl) of Grant Park, IL, Christine Henthorn (Kevin) of Griggsville, Marsha Welden (Murray) of Stillman Valley, IL and Diane McLeese (Joe) of Vandalia, MO.; and his grandchildren, Greg Wade (Erin) of St. Anne, IL, Julia Wade of Grant Park, IL, Grace, Faith, Emily Henthorn of Griggsville, Hannah and Mairin Welden of Stillman Valley, IL.. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to be made to Great River Honor Flight, Griggsville Methodist Church or Blessing Hospice.
