He is survived by: his wife Lori Raps; his siblings, Tom Piper (Judy), Danny Piper (Joyce), Richard Piper, Mark Piper (Cindy), Mike Piper, Peggy Piper, Rita Perkins (George) and Patty Ruble (Paul); and his sister-in-law Neta Lennon.
