It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Becky Sue Espey (Pittsfield, Illinois), born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on March 8, 2019, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Jeanette; and her son Markus Phend. She is survived by: her father Dallas Welter; her children, Matthew Phend of La Crosse, IA and Melissa Phend of La Crosse, IA; her grandchildren, Brayden Phend, Addison Lee, Jacob Lee and Adalyn Turner; her significant other Ralph "Racer" Espey; and her siblings, Allen Welter (Michele), Brian Welter and Beth Welter.
