He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Franklin and Mildred Louise Park (Meis); his wife Patricia Lee Matherly; his sister Karen Park; his grandson Joshua Park; and his brother-in-law Fred Barrett.
He is survived by: his children, David Park of Macon, IL, Ricky Park of Pittsburg, IL and Sue Mausey (Mike) of Creal Springs, IL; his grandchildren, Cody Wayne Park, Kyler Joseph Park, Nichole Mocaby (Jared) and Emily Knight (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Gracelynn, Riley Mocaby and Hudson Knight; his siblings, Roger Park (Judy), Duane Park (Debbie) and Nancy Platzbecker (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Barrett and Leonard Matherly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Wayne's honor can be made to the American Heart Association or to Paralyzed Veterans of America.
