She is survived by: her daughter Karen Hazelwood (Dee) of Wickliffe, Kentucky; her sister Earlene Hendrickson of Marion, Illinois; her granddaughters, Angie Fields Paducah (Steve) and Shelby Pillow (Ryan) of Wickliffe, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Evan Fields, Rianah Fields, Laynee Duff, Jaysee Duff and Noah Pillow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
