She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Daniel Zajac; her parents, Ann Kusenko and Paul Kusenko; her children, Mark Zajac, Kelly Koven (Steve), Laurie Penkava (Eric) and Gregory Zajac (Nicole); and her grandchildren, Logan, Daniel, Reese, Ryan, Cassidy, Alex, Lucas and Ava.
