With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Plankenhorn Jr. of Pingree Grove, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on February 21, 2025 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Plankenhorn and Margaret Plankenhorn (Gasper); his friends, Brandi and Zack; his wife Beth (George); his children, Brandi Holtz and Zachary Holtz (Clarissa Owens); his grandchildren, Caroline, Juliet Holtz and Noah Allen; his brother John (Carol) of Milwaukee; and his nephew Gavin. He was also cherished by many cousins, other dear relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Malone Funeral Home (324 E State St, Geneva, IL 60134). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Anderson Animal Shelter, 1000 S. La Fox Road, South Elgin, Illinois 60177 would be appreciated.
