He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. and Dorothea. He is survived by: his wife Carole B.; his children, JoAnn Nelson (Michael), James Metlicka (Paul DeCrosta) and Scott Metlicka (James Stendler); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Jonathan, Adam and Katiann; and his sister Judy Larson (Rich). He is also survived by his niece; nephew; and friends.
