He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoffman and Helen Hoffman (Borman); and his sister Erla Beth Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Hoffman of Pinckneyville, IL; his children, Tanya Emling (Rich) of Pinckneyville, IL and Shane Hoffman (Marci) of Grand Rivers, KY; his grandchildren, Hayden Carter (Madison), Shaelynn Hoffman and Chris Galbraith; and his stepgrandchildren, Kala Emling (Seth), Taylor Stoffel (Nick), Peyton Emling (Blaise) and Tyler Eggemeyer. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
