He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Jennifer Winter of DuQuoin, IL, Stephany Winter of Pinckneyville, IL, Natasha Winter of Evansville, IN and Hayley Winter of Pinckneyville, IL; his grandson Andrew Lee Jett; his sister Barbara W. Starmer (Michael) of Missoula, MT; and his mother-in-law Betty Skidmore of Pinckneyville, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and cousins.
