He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roy and Mary Susan Vaughn (Farmer); and his siblings, Virgil Vaughn, Virginia Green and Betty Green.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Brock; his daughters, Cathy Wittmer (John) of Pinckneyville and Christy Rowland (Chad) of Clarksville, TN; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Gray (Bryan) of Maryland Heights, MO, Matthew Wittmer of Pinckneyville, Madison Rowland of Clarksville, TN. and Brock Rowland of Clarksville, TN..
In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorials to the American Parkinson's Disease Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
