He is survived by: his wife Carol Hawkins of Pinckneyville, IL; his son Wayne Hawkins (Anna Mae) of Pinckneyville, IL; his grandchildren, Danielle Gibbs, Zach Hawkins (Hilliry), Thaddeus Hawkins (Amanda), Alex Hawkins (Kent Tuneberg), Maddy Hawkins, Clayton Hawkins, Daxton Hawkins and Peyton Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Kaleb Gibbs, Drake Gibbs, Rhett Hawkins and Kohen Hawkins; his siblings, Jim "Shorty" Hawkins (Betty) of Cottage Hills, IL and Mildred Lowe; and his daughter-in-law Penny Hawkins.
