He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Leo "Pete" and Doris Elaine Magerkurth (Gaston); his brothers, Mark A. Magerkurth and Charles "Chuck" Magerkurth; and his son Shasta.
He is survived by: his sister Dr. Amy Elaine Fisher of Litchfield, IL; his daughters, Sarah Fisher of Springfield, IL and Holly Hall (Michael) of Ottawa, IL; his great-niece Lily Hall of Ottawa, IL; and his great-nephews, Gannon Hall of Ottawa, IL, Garrett Hall of Ottawa, IL, Griffin Hall of Ottawa, IL and Landon Hall of Ottawa, IL.
