She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Johnson and Ollie Johnson (Emling); and her husband Everett L. Schwarz. She is survived by: her children, Debbie L. Mifflin (Charlie) of Du Quoin and Jim Schwarz (Sheri Kattenbraker-Schwarz) of Lake; her grandchildren, Josh Korando (Bekki) and Sarah Dean (Josh); her great grandchildren, Emma, Molly, Mya and Macy; and her siblings, Laura Varnum, Sonny Johnson, Pete Johnson and Judy Keller.
Friends may make memorials to Century Assisted Living in Carbondale and will be accepted at the funeral home.
