He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Richard and Georgia Irene Clopton (McCown); his former wife Carmen Ocasio; his fiancée Michelle Lynn Martin; and his brothers, Richard Wayne Clopton and Ira Jessie Clopton.
He is survived by: his children, Hannah Hamilton and William Clopton; his grandchildren, Aleena Hamilton and Gauge Martin; and his sisters, Brenda Miles of Hamilton, TX, LaNell Yvonne "Nicki" Sewell (A. J.) of San Saba, TX, Kathy Elaine Buster of San Saba and Juanita M. Sewell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
