McCurdy; her children, Steve McCurdy (Ellen) of O'Fallon, IL and Jean Provart (Phillip) of DuQuoin, IL; her sister Janet Erwin of Pinckneyville, IL; her grandchildren, Angela Wildermuth of Pinckneyville, IL, Steve Provart (Courtney) of DuQuoin, IL, Sara Green (Jeff) of DuQuoin, IL and Chelsea Simms of Berkeley, CA; and her great grandchildren, Logan Wildermuth, Madalyne Wildermuth, Brenna, Hallie, Savannah, Evan Provart, Levi Green and Beckham Green. She is also survived by her parents; husband.
