He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Feltmeyer and Marie Feltmeyer (Fisher); his son Duane E. Feltmeyer; his granddaughter Amanda Brostmeyer; his brother John Feltmeyer; and his brothers-in-law, Amos Leathers and Glen Bigham.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Feltmeyer of Pinckneyville, IL; his children, Billy Feltmeyer (Renee) of Tamaroa, IL, Damon Feltmeyer (Jill) of Tamaroa, IL and Melissa Brostmeyer (Bill) of Tamaroa, IL; his grandchildren, Annette (Chris), Amber, Debbie, Doug, Desiree, Duane II, Lindsay, Baylee, Christian, Lillie and Collin; and his sisters, JoAnn Leathers of Carmi, IL, Thelma Bigham of Granite City, IL, Mildred Dintelman (Bill) of Nashville, IL, Rose Mary Rains (Claude) of Pinckneyville, IL and Jane Martin (Bernard) of Pinckneyville, IL.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
COVID-19 resurgence restrictions will be adhered to, attendance will be limited and social distancing will be enforced. All attendees are asked to wear a mask.
Memorial donations may be made to the Oncology Department at Pinckneyville Community Hospital or St. Paul United Church of Christ.
