He was predeceased by: his sister Carolyn Dority. He is survived by: his daughter Chantal Suhr (Daniel) of Pinckneyville; his parents, Dorothy Kitowski of Nashville, IL and James Lamczyk of Nashville, IL; his grandchildren, Kendall Suhr, Alyvia Suhr and Brielle Suhr; his sister Barbara Curtis (Steve) of Mt; and also Vernon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
