She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward and Helen Ruth Delaney (Prothero); her son Michael Williams; and her brother Thomas M. Delaney. She is survived by: her husband Dean E. Williams of Pinckneyville, IL; her children, Todd D. Graef (Marybeth) of Frankfort, IL, Bradley Williams of Swansea, IL and Tonya Mendoza (Jerry) of Katy, TX; her brothers, Terrence Delaney of Belleville, IL and Daniel Delaney (Valerie) of Highland, IL; and her grandchildren, Delaney Graef, Devin Mendoza and Ryan Mendoza.
