We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2020, at the age of 19, John P. Bouchard Jr. of Pinckneyville, Illinois, born in Carbondale, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mary Ausmus. He is survived by: his parents, John P. and Carla J. Bouchard Sr. (Ausmus) of Pinckneyville, IL; his grandparents, Jim A. Bouchard and Bessie M. Bouchard of Marienville, PA; his siblings, Courtenay Ellis (Matt) of Blue Springs, MO, Mary Stroehelein of Killeen, TX and James Bouchard of San Jose, CA; and his nephews, Camdon Ellis and Mason Ellis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral home requests that all attendees wear a mask.
Memorial donations may be made to the First National Bank, for Team Tank John Bouchard Benefit fund for Pinckneyville Community High School Scholarship for Welding Students.
