He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Martha Baker (Brooks). He is survived by: his wife Judy of Pinckneyville, IL; and his children, Nicole Davis (Keith Kempfer), Joshua Harrell (Staisha), Phillip Baker and Kaycee Dickey (Ryan). He is also survived by two brothers; and seventeen grandchildren.
