It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Haddox of Pinckneyville, Illinois, born in Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on November 16, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence W. Yearwood and Gertrude G. Yearwood (Elliott); her husband James R. Haddox; her brother Bob Yearwood; her grandson Joey Hagene; and also William D. Barr.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Barr (Shellie) of Pinckneyville and Brenda Hagene Barr of Pinckneyville; her grandchildren, Corey Hagene, Chelsea Bumann (Darren), Chrissy Hagene (Adam Lacy) and Katie Howell (Mark); her great grandchildren, Ty Henry Bumann and Milo Howell; her siblings, Steve Yearwood (Sharon) of Mount Vernon and Janet Isaac of Mount Vernon; her stepgrandchildren, Sam, Olivia, Jack and Nicole; and her stepgreat-grandson Zachary. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
