He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver "Pop" and Harriet "Mom" Chapman (Lynch) of Tamaroa, IL.; his wife Ina Chapman; his sister Mildred Weber; his brother-in-law Gail Weber; his daughter-in-law Sharon Chapman; and his nephew Larry Weber.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Chapman (Connie) of Pinckneyville, IL, Gayle Cox (Mike) of Surry, ME and Cindy Almond (Earl) of Clifton, CO; and his nephew Bob Weber. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; thirty-five great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
