He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hagel and Hester Hagel (Gordon); his parents-in-law, Lyle and Imogene Fisher; his sister Karon Hepp; his brother-in-law Richard Woodside; and his nephew Caby Hepp.
He is survived by: his wife Lylia Hagel of Pinckneyville, IL; his children, Shay Hagel and Jenny Signorino (Shane) of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Sharon Woodside of DuQuoin, IL and Rodney Hagel of Lake; his siblings-in-law, Rick Fisher (Marilyn) of Pinckneyville, IL and June Kellerman (Lyle) of Pinckneyville, IL; his grandsons, Nic Hagel (Addie) and Austin Hagel (Ella); his pet Sam Hagel; his nieces and nephews, Shaysa, Dylan, Devin, Alex, Cassie, Cory, Chesney and Thad; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lexi, Cameron, Blair, Trace, Tyler, Lyle Dean and Glory.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the family to be used for therapy and equipment for Harold's grandson who was seriously injured in a car accident.
