It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold K. Pierce of Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on August 9, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Pierce and Bernice Pierce (Macer); his son Mark Pierce; and his siblings, Carl Pierce, Mary Pierce and Debbie Pierce.

He is survived by : his former life partners, Betty Pierce Owen and Diana Short; his wife Lenda Iles; his children, Kenny Pierce (Kelli), Kimberly Martin (Danny), Dana Carter (Jeff), Kenna Schafer (Jason) and Brianna Eads (Keith); his grandchildren, Danielle Barton, Joseph Martin, Justin Martin, Nikki Bruno, Tristian Smith, Amber Knope, Megan Giese, Jonathan Pierce, Ethan Pierce, Sarah Pierce, Andy Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Kerstie Phillips, Bradley Schafer, Zachary Schafer, Adam Schafer, Ivy Pierce, Autumn Strohl and Degan Eads; his siblings, Charles Pierce, Robert Pierce (June), Theda Bradshaw (Johnny) and Sandra Akers; and his pet Hope. He is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at New Hope Community Church, Pinckneyville, IL on Saturday from 9:00 a. m. until 11:00 a. m. Due to health concerns related to the Covid-19 virus and by the signing of executive order by Governor J. B. Pritzker, Phase Four attendance will be limited to 50 people and social distancing will be enforced.
