Though Harold Dean may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Harold Dean touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Elmer" Phillips and Roberta I. Phillips (Hays); and his grandson Ryker Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Jane Phillips of Pinckneyville, IL; his son Justin Phillips (Ashley) of Pinckneyville, IL; his siblings, Carl Gene Phillips of DuQuoin, IL and Carolyn Sue Hutchings (Jack) of Pinckneyville, IL; and his grandson Brycen Phillips.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pyatt Funeral Home - Pinckneyville (309 S Main St, Pinckneyville, IL 62274). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
