He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Henderson and Opal Henderson (McCurdy); his former wife Nancy Gail Richard; his wife Lynn Roberta Henderson; and his brother James Henderson.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Scott Henderson and Michelle Martelli.
