He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Culley and Mary Culley (Frankie); and his brother Harold Culley. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughter Alysia; his stepson Ken Bailey (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Summer, Brady and Breanna.

Memorials may be made to Least of the Brethren Ministry and will be accepted at the funeral home.
