It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Eugene Bruno of Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baptiste and Josephine Bruno (Ruffino); his wife Betty June Henseler; and his brothers, John Joe Bruno, Michael Dominick Bruno, Floyd Lee Bruno and Richard James Bruno.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Bruno (Cindie) of Pinckneyville, IL, David Bruno (Linda) of Knoxville, TN, Dallas Bruno (Loretta) of Marion, IL and Sheryl Bruno of Pinckneyville, IL; his siblings, Pete Bruno of Pinckneyville, IL, Marie Wetting of Steeleville, IL and Margaret Padfield; his grandchildren, Thomas, Timothy Bruno, Brian, Bruce, Colby Bruno, Dillon Bruno, Joshua Linders, Trevor Williams and Katheryn Barfield; and his great grandchildren, Eva, Ivy Bruno, Jasmine Williams and Zane Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
