She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Rhonda Kaye Helvey; her sisters, Lorraine Ozburn (Howard) and Virginia McCrary (Beak); her nephews, Don Ozburn, Bill Ozburn and Perry Rushing; her niece Judy McCrary Childers; and her siblings-in-law, Albert Helvey (Cathy), Paul Helvey (Gloria) and Wanda Slusher (Orval).
She is survived by: her husband Harold Helvey; her sons, Larry Helvey (Nora Beth) of Pinckneyville, IL and Ronald Helvey (Joann) of Pinckneyville, IL; her grandchildren, Bryan Helvey of Marion, IL, Kristin Helvey Harris of Carterville, IL, Susan Garavaglia (Jim) of Pinckneyville, IL, Jeanna Deaton (Aaron) of Herrin, IL, David Helvey of Pinckneyville, IL, Gabe Helvey (Christy) of Pinckneyville, IL and Raini Reeves of DuQuoin, IL; her great grandchildren, Landon, Emma, Madison, Aidan, Daniel, Regan, Ashlyn, Austin, Braelyn, Conner, McKenna, Raelei, Carter and Cole; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Rushing (Ira) of Pinckneyville, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
