She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fredrick and Helen Louise Hoffman (Borman). She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Leroy Lacy of Pinckneyville, IL; her children, Chris Lacy (Tammy) of Pinckneyville, IL and Dawn Zmudzinski (JJ) of Elkhorn, NE; her brother William Hoffman, Jr. (Jeanette) of Pinckneyville, IL; her grandchildren, Tim Zmudzinski, Zach Zmudzinski, Karri Lacy, Nathan Lacy, Kyle Mathis, Mike Mathis (Darrah) and Kate Brammeier; and her great grandchildren, Emersyn, Easton, Abel and Axton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
