We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy Faye Blakely of Pinckneyville, Illinois, born in Table Grove, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Gilmore and Bessie Gilmore (Bankes); her husband Alton Blakely; her sister Lucille Walton; and her brother-in-law Jerry Rosich.

She is survived by : her children, Dianna Chamness (Wayne) of Vergennes, IL, Mark Stutes (Connie) of Pinckneyville, IL, Christina Fisher (Gene) of Pinckneyville, IL, Leigh Blakely (Darlene) of Pepperell, MA, Laura Blakely of Norwalk, CT and Karen Blakely; and her siblings, Zelma Rosich of Canton, IL and Leon Gilmore (Deb) of Macomb, IL.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Wednesday from 9:00 a. m. until 11:00 a. m. Due to health concerns related to the Covid-19 virus and by the signing of executive order by Governor J. B. Pritzker, Phase Four attendance will be limited to 50 people and social distancing will be enforced.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Bruno Catholic Church, Pinckneyville, IL and Hospice of Southern Illinois.
