She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Henry and Anna Caroline Nehring (Jausel); her husband Lester Ray Porter; her brother Arthur Nehring; and her grandsons, David Porter Jr. and James David Porter.
She is survived by: her sons, David L. Porter (Linda) of Oakdale, IL, Gary A. Porter of Rice, IL, Marshall R. Porter (Carla) of Oakdale and Marty L. Porter (Beth) of Pinckneyville, IL; her grandchildren, Kara Jo Carson (Jeff), Greg Porter, Michael Porter (Kimberly) and Hannah Porter (Daeshawn Duffie); her stepgrandchildren, Justin Kellerman, Jared Kellerman (Whitney), Jeni Gunn (Eric), Alex Miller and Kaleb Miller (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Logan Porter, Lucas Porter and Scotty Porter. She is also survived by several step-great-grandchildren, cousins, and friends.
