He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Joseph and Alma Rose Brand (Fisher); and his brother Vernie Richard Brand. He is survived by: his siblings, James David Brand (Beth) of Jerseyville, IL, Billy Joe Brand (Christina) of Pekin, IN and Rebekkah R. Garren (Don) of Salem, IL; and his sister-in-law Trina Brand of Wood River, IL. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews along with their children.
