He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Earl and Anna Belle Rapp (McPherson); his former life partners, Phyllis J. Speers and Phyllis J. Rapp; and his brother-in-law William Chumbley.
He is survived by : his wife Brenda K. Rapp of Pinckneyville, IL; his stepsons, Derek Cleland (Amy) of Pinckneyville, Brett Cleland (Dina Roberts) of Bridgeton, MO and Dr. Ryan Cleland (Amanda) of Edwardsville, IL; his grandchildren, Logan, Brayden, Kendall, Collins, Noah Cleland and Chloe Yates; his sister Mary Ann Chumbley of Trenton, MO; and his niece Afton Thomas (Warren) of Des Moines, IA..
Due to health concerns related to the Covid-19 virus attendance will be limited and social distancing will be observed. All attendees are asked to wear a mask.
