He was predeceased by: his siblings, Brian Tracy Heaver and Marsha Lynn Peters. He is survived by: his parent Carrie Olive Lowe; his wife Nancy Lowe of Pinckneyville, IL; his child Debbie Jeffries; and his grandchildren, Liz, Ben, Eric, Joshua, Nathan, Brittany and Brayden.
