He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Carrie Shock, Iva and Earl Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Ray and Darlene L. Miller (Shock); his wife Kelly Lynn Miller of Pinckneyville, IL; his stepparents, Mary Miller of Pinckneyville, IL and Jerry Crider of Pinckneyville, IL; his daughter Laci Harper (Drew Vandiver) of Marissa, IL; and his granddaughters, Hailey and Olivia Vandiver.
