She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thomas and Lottie May Hawkins (Wheatley); her husband Paul "Dean" Hoffman; her siblings, Leslie Hawkins, Dorothy Rich, Lillian Conaway and Wanda Hayes; and her niece Billie Mae Pulke.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jo Ella Day (Gary) of Sandwich, IL, Jean Lucas (Richard) of Tokyo, Japan, Jane Cottrill (Mark) of Bourbon, IN and Janet Hoffman of Pinckneyville, IL; her grandchildren, Hollie Day, Jeremy Day (Cassie), Shannon Kasputis (Brian), Matthew Cottrill (Brandie), Nathan Cottrill (Kayla), Timothy Lucas (Amede), Andrew Lucas (Cassandra) and Jason Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Madison, Dylan, Delaney, Morgan, Mason, Adeline, Judah, Levi, Charlotte, Blair and Amelia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
