He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stork and Katie Stork; and his son John Stork. He is survived by: his wife Pat Stork Pinckneyville; his daughter Susan Johnson Sparta (John); his brother Donald Stork (Joanna) of Florida; his granddaughter Brittany Ehler Abby (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Lucien, Abby and Logan.
