It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles G. McElvain of Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Kay McElvain (Green). He is survived by: his father Benny Ray; his wife Molly B. Shelton; his son Drake McElvain of Pinckneyville; his stepmother Dianne McElvain of Pinckneyville; his siblings, Dan McElvain (Selena) of Pinckneyville and Mendy Mason of Greenville, KY; and his mother-in-law Janet Shelton of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may make memorials to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
