He is survived by: his spouse Elta Eileen Kuhnert; his son Arlen D. Hill, II (Kelly) of Foristell, MO; his granddaughter Taylor; and his siblings, Merle Hill of Du Quoin and Melba Wolfe of Pinckneyville.
Friends may make memorials to Shriners Crippled Children's Hospital in St. Louis or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
