We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2021, at the age of 78, Clarice Sibley of Piasa, Illinois, born in Lawrence, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Cotton and Anne Cotton (Copeland); her husband Paul Sibley; and her siblings, Starla McKinny and Ray "Sonny" Cotton Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Arview (Butch) of South Roxanna and Chris Yates of Clearwater, FL; her grandchildren, Blake Shoemaker (Danielle), Jessica Andre (Adam), Erica Mullikin and Stevie Legate; her great grandchildren, Austin Andre, Anthony Andre, Lydia Evans and Holden Shoemaker; and her siblings, Gary Ledford (Quilla), Johnny Hooper and Brenda Locke (Paul).
