He was predeceased by: his parents, William Truxton and Kathryn Nadine Klein Smith; and his siblings, Barbara Kay Kolflat and George Michael Smith. He is survived by: his former wife J. June Minor; his wife Lorraine Seelbach Rice; his children, Vicky Fowler (Craig), Billie Hamilton (David), Troy Smith (Candice) and Barbie Miller (Kevin Heard); his grandchildren, Phillip, Hayden Hamilton, Joshua, Justin, Colton Smith, Clayton and Alexis Miller; and his great grandchildren, Braydon and Madilyn Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
