She is survived by: her cousins, Janice Tambo Prockey of Burr Ridge, IL, Carole Tambo Butler, John Jr., Kmielcik of Palos Heights and Sally Nowikowski Batterton of Bloomfield, IN; her friends, Karen Mikutis Lewis, Tim and Tina Hogan; and her close friend Buffy. She is also survived by her parents would visit her grandparents.
Donations may be given to St. John's Catholic School.
