We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2022, at the age of 81, Sonja Mobley of Petersburg, Illinois, born in Petersburg, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Henry Davis and Ellen Davis (Phillips); and her siblings, Garnett Abell, Joanne Watts and Dwight Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Mobley; her children, Donnie Mobley (Marshall Johnston) of Florida, Jackie Vaughn (Rick) of Norris City and Nancy Mobley of Carmi; her siblings, Mark Davis (Sandy) of Petersburg, IN and Lana Myerholtz (Bill) of Amarillo Texas; her granddaughters, Jessica Tharp (Braden) and Andrea Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Brilyn, Jathan, Kaitlin, Trenton and Brooklyn.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Lung Association (Pulmonary Fibrosis) in her memory.
