With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Dale Moss of Petersburg, Illinois, born in Oakford, Illinois, who passed away on September 5, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Moss and Dessie L Moss (Blakeley Anderson); his sisters, Jane Ann Moss and Anita Peters; and his granddaughter Cece Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Milstead; his sons, Brad and Keith Moss (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Ryan Moss, Joel Moss and Anna Moss; and his siblings, Karen Short and Ronald Moss.
