“I worked for Vuj from 1980-1984 at the Attorney General’s Office in Springfield. It was my first job out of law school and it was a one-of-kind, indescribable experience. He was an avid prosecutor and lived life to the fullest. Our daily post-work trip to Brown’s was mandatory, and our travels around the state, at times driving through blinding snow, to cases was memorable, to say the least. His stories about serving in Vietnam were also utterly amazing. He was someone I will never forget. RIP.”
