She was predeceased by: her parent Jerry Lewis; and her brothers, Donny Lewis, Howard Gale "Toad" Lewis and Robert Lewis. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeri Taapken of Petersburg and Charla Stone (John Wylder) of Springfield, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Josh Taapken and Stavia Stone-Wylder (Philip Erikson).
